Your satisfaction is everything to us! Due to the nature of the product and hygienic reasons, all sales are final. If you feel that you have received a defective product, please contact us within five (5) business days from your delivery date and we will gladly exchange your unused item in its original packaging. A defective product can only be exchanged for the same item. A customer service representative will get back within 12-24 business hours.

For all questions about shipping and delivery, please contact USPS here. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and that you receive your order within the given timeframe, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Please correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as these are automatically printed on your shipping label. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect address information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where she or he is able to receive mail.

Please note that we cannot cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed due to our fast processing and shipping times.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it please address this with the United States Postal Service. Rincón Cosmetics does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that are confirmed as delivered. 

Promo and discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
